Day #2 Chicago 2nd round Playoff game against the Rams. The cardiac Bears season came to a close that night in OT 20-17 Rams, but what a special team and memorable season it was!! The ability to count on, trust, and believe in another has seemingly gotten lost beneath the current day undertow of manipulative programming, "the beast of separation", fleeting friendships and surface-level relationships. One of the most underrated traits someone can hold is in the belief & trust of their words and actions without reserve.
Perhaps we should strive towards cultivating more of that.
And if you should have a few of those people in your life, be wholly grateful.

Who you attract into your life is an insightful pointer towards a thing in your life that you would benefit from resolving.
From experience, I can affirm that this person is a mirror unto yourself. Good, bad, positive, or ugly.
For example, say you're with someone who overreacts harshly or angrily easily to various things. This could very well be a part of you who feels deeply/passionately/fiercely, but doesn't always feel safe expressing it; or holds back for the sake of harmony; or secretly resents always being the one to hold it together. It lands in a sensitive spot once you realize why you attract a certain type of person.....That is ~until you resolve it.

I've had the pleasure of training some pretty amazing people of all levels and abilities the last 15 weeks at the facility in Wyomissing. Each class was met with an openness & receptivity to tackle whatever I threw at them. In addition each class was filled with joy, lots of smiles and laughter and even dancing! Hi, my name is Wendy Martz, owner and operator of Mmaxout Madness, Denver, Pa. I've been a healthy lifestyle and fitness coach for over 25 years. I incorporate a wide variety of Group Classes including POUND fitness, BOOTCAMP, MMAXOUT (an MMA based training program), as well personal train and run Nutrition and Wellness programs.
My goal has always been to reach and positively impact the health and wellbeing of as many individuals as possible. I am a firm believer in getting healthy from the inside out and having fun while you work out. We have built an incredible family base here at Mmaxout Madness and we continue to grow our awesome family!
