A neighborhood yoga studio, we give extra care and attention to the design and flow of the class so that it accommodates the need of every student present. Our teachers will guide students of all ages and physical conditions to a yoga experience that's profound, intelligent, and transformative. Classes are leveled so that beginners as well as students with years of experience will be supported and challenged based on their needs. Our teachers are Iyengar certified, a yoga certification that requires rigorous training and many years of practice and study.
