Join us on April 10th for an evening of deep physical and mental relaxation. Your evening will begin with a soothing sound bath to calm your mind and body, followed by a rejuvenating sauna and cold plunge session to release tension and promote a balanced nervous system and restful sleep. 🪷😌

A sauna and sound bath work beautifully together to aid in regulating your nervous system, releasing physical and mental tension, while encouraging deep relaxation and restorative sleep.

We have two sessions available:
7:00 - 9:00 PM
8:00 - 10:00 PM

✨ Starting TODAY ✨ we are excited to introduce a new wellness offering at Garden Sauna!

These sessions are available as an addition to your sauna visit, to deepen your relaxation.

✨ A pre-sauna massage helps warm the muscles and open the joints to prepare the body for the heat. Following your sauna, a session supports circulation and grounding, leaving you feeling balanced and refreshed.

💫 Thai massage utilizes rhythmic compression, assisted stretching, and energy-line work to encourage mobility and calm the nervous system. These mini-sessions are an effective way to reset the body and improve circulation in a short amount of time.

📝 Details:
- When: Thursdays and Fridays, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Cost: $30 per 15-minute session
- How to Join: Sign up online to reserve your spot or sign up upon arrival!
