We know cottage cheese is in everything right now, but this one actually makes sense.
Because if cottage cheese can give us a crispy, high-protein pizza crust that actually holds toppings… She can stay.
What you need:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup almond flour
½ cup grated Parmesan
1 egg
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
Blend the cottage cheese, egg, Parmesan, and seasonings until smooth. Add the almond flour and mix until it turns into a thick dough.
Spread it on parchment paper into a pizza shape and bake at 400°F for 18–22 minutes, until golden and firm.
Add your toppings, bake again for 5–10 minutes, and done.
Per slice: about 140 calories, 10g protein, 3g total carbs, and 1–2g sugar.
