Endometriosis awareness month may be over, but for so many women, the pain is not.
Endometriosis isn’t just “bad cramps.” It’s chronic, whole-body pain. It’s fatigue that doesn’t go away with rest. It’s inflammation, brain fog, missed plans, and learning how to function while your body is working against you. It’s years of being dismissed, misdiagnosed, or told that what you’re feeling is “normal.”
And despite how many women it affects, research is still limited. Diagnosis can take years. Treatment options are often inadequate. For something so common, it remains deeply underfunded and misunderstood.
We came across this video from and it moved us so deeply, we had to share it again.
So this is a reminder that awareness shouldn’t stop when the calendar changes.
To the women living with endometriosis: we see you. The strength it takes to show up, to advocate for yourself, and to keep going through that level of pain is not small. It’s extraordinary.
Women are doing all of this while still showing up for their lives—and that alone is powerful. Keep speaking up, keep pushing for answers, and never let anyone convince you your pain isn’t real.
