☆ GOOD LUCK to my Superstar Online nutrition•training client, Linda Mitchell who competes in Fitness Model Masters & Bikini Pro at Musclemania’s Fitness America Pageant TONIGHT at 7pm Finals!

Linda started competing at Ms. Fitness USA in 2002 (with me) and at Fitness America in 2003. She earned her Fitness Natural Pro status 20 years later in 2023 by taking 1st at Fitness Universe!

I feel to coach this beautiful, inspiring woman for so many successes in her career ~ I’ve has the pleasure of helping Linda get in the best shape of her life in her 60’s for numerous magazine cover photo shoots and Fitness• Bikini Competitions. Linda made the cover of STRONG magazine for the January 2025 issue ~ Wow!!

Linda is also a best selling author, a top podcaster, an international speaker, the owner of the “Sisterhood of Sweat” fitness studio, has won 5 Spartan Races and has dedicated her life to empowering women… and now at 63 she’s on the biggest billboard in Times Square!

Help me wish Linda and all the naturals competing at Fitness America GOOD LUCK as they step on the international Finals stage in Long Beach, California tonight, Nov. 22nd 7pm PST💪
