Slow Flow with Jennifer Dixon
A mindful, nourishing midday reset. This class blends gentle strength, deep stretches, and breath-led movement — perfect for grounding, restoring, and re-centering your nervous system.
These classes begin the second week of January, and we truly can’t wait for you to experience the fresh energy, heart, and magic Bailey and Jennifer are bringing to our Mount Holly studio.
