✨ Winter Solstice Slow Down ✨
A sacred pause… right in the heart of the holiday season.
As we shift into the darkest night of the year, we invite you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with what truly matters. Join us for this special Winter Solstice practice offered at both Down Dog locations.
🌙 Mount Holly — Sunday, Dec. 21
5:30–7:00pm (90 minutes)
Teacher: Kelly Ray
Kelly will guide you to unwind, slow down, restore, and practice passive healing. Give yourself the gift of rest in-between waking and sleeping space, through guided meditation. Join Kelly Ray for this candlelight gentle practice with Restorative elements, ending with Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation / yogic sleep). Slow down, meditate, and give yourself space to turn inward and tune into your mind and the subtle sensations of your body. Allow props to help hold and support you while relaxing your body, mind, and spirit during this seasonal transition from darkness to light.
