Because building something new — something that’s never been done before — is not all highlight reels and ribbon cuttings. It’s grit. Growth. And a lot of learning as you go.

When we started this journey back in February 2025, we had no roadmap. Just a vision — and a simple thought that changed everything:
There has to be a better way.

From missed cleanings to managing renovations, navigating laws, hiring an incredible team, and advocating for hygienists’ freedom across the country… it’s been one wild, humbling ride.
