This holiday season, we proudly recognize Matthew Foreman, a recipient of a Innova Impact Foundation Scholarship! His dedication and hard work truly embody the spirit of impact and excellence.

Matthew's reflection on his experience: My passionate pursuit and dedication to advancing my contribution to the healthcare field continues after 10 years of military and government service, where I proudly gained the experience of being a Navy Corpsman and medic. Your invaluable willingness to invest in my future encourages me to continue my duty to making a difference in the world and focusing on creating positive change. Eagerly, I choose to enroll in The University of Kansas’s concurrent nursing program with Neosho County Community college to continue to help people improve their lives and secure a brighter future for my wife and three sons. I am extremely fortunate to have such an immense support system. With the support of this scholarship, I will be able to continue the journey to pursue my desired dream of becoming a Nurse Practitioner.

We would love to introduce you to our next featured recipient of a scholarship from the Innova Impact Foundation: Serphina Manygoats! She's already doing amazing things. We are glad to be able to help her in her journey.

In her own words: This scholarship is definitely a blessing. It gives me the opportunity to be financially and mentally unburdened while attending nursing school. This in turn allows me to focus solely on my education and to be goal oriented while in school and continuing to be the absolute best for my future patients. My current occupation of serving my rural communities as a paramedic is great, and this scholarship allows me to continue with climbing my educational ladder into the nursing field. I'll never forget the happiness I felt when I received the phone call and being told that I was receiving this scholarship. I want to thank the Innova Impact Foundation for believing in students like myself who are developing themselves as an important tool and resource for their rural communities.

One of our proudest achievements at Innova is the creation of the Innova Impact Foundation, dedicated to supporting students from rural communities who are pursuing healthcare-related degrees. This year, we’re proud to have awarded thirteen scholarships to deserving students.

Today, we’re excited to highlight one of these incredible recipients: Alexa Hershkowitz from Wickenburg, AZ. Congratulations, Alexa, on this well-deserved honor!

From Alexa: "I am deeply honored to be the recipient of this generous scholarship. This support brings me one step closer to achieving my goal of becoming a nurse practitioner.
