Longevity 💛 and Habit Pairing 👯‍♀️
A great way to “stack” good habits is to pair them together. For example, drinking a bottle of water while you walk. I have been making these pancakes for years! 🥞 Make them gluten free and dairy free by subbing out the flour for ground up oats and sour cream for vegan yogurt. I also tend to half or omit the sugar, or replace with mashed bananas. 🍌 I add blueberries 🫐 and chia seeds. I am not completely dairy free, so I top with butter 🧈 and a little pure maple 🍁 syrup. Chef’s kiss! 💋

Free laughter clubs have become popular in India, founded on the principles of Laughter Yoga by Dr. Madan Kataria. Participants engage in a combination of laughter exercises, yogic breathing (pranayama), and laughter meditation, led by certified Laughter Yoga leaders. These clubs can be found both in-person in public spaces or community halls and online via platforms like Zoom, offering accessible ways to experience the physical and mental health benefits of communal laughter.
