Today is National Fentanyl Awareness Day — a moment to acknowledge a crisis that is touching nearly every community in Colorado and across the country.

Fentanyl is now the leading driver of overdose deaths in the U.S., but there is something we can do about it: naloxone. This safe, fast-acting medication can reverse a fentanyl overdose in minutes — and every Colorado Health Network location carries it.

You don't have to be a medical professional to use it. You just have to have it.

We are so excited to announce Evie Valentine as our closing performer for Red Ribbon Ball on April 25 at Hotel Polaris!

A young rising pop artist drawing inspiration from the likes of OneRepublic, Chappell Roan, and Sara Bareilles, Evie discovered that words alone were never enough — so she found her answer in songwriting, her voice, and the vulnerability of the stage. Her music is the kind that makes you feel seen, and her performances are the kind where you can't help but sing along.

She'll be closing down the night, and we have a feeling no one's going to want to leave.

This week is National STI Testing Awareness Week — and at Colorado Health Network, sexual health care is something we take seriously year-round.

We encourage anyone who is sexually active to get tested for HIV and STIs every three months as part of routine health care. Our teams provide low-barrier, judgment-free testing across Colorado, and if you receive a positive result, we make sure you're immediately connected to care — so you never have to navigate that alone.

We also help people access PrEP, one of the most effective HIV prevention tools available, at little to no cost. In 2025, CHN helped 677 people get on PrEP.

Get ready, Colorado Springs — Red Ribbon Ball is bringing the heat from the very first note. 🎶🎻

We're thrilled to welcome Richi Ramos and Vio the Violinist to the Red Ribbon Ball stage on April 25 at Hotel Polaris!

Richi is a vocalist, host, dancer, and singer-songwriter who has performed across the country — and he's bringing every bit of that energy to our VIP hour and opening program. Joining him is Vio, a self-taught violin powerhouse who refuses to let the violin stay in its lane. Hip-hop. Dubstep. Genre-bending brilliance. You may have seen him on a TED Talk stage — now you'll see him live.
