Thank you in advance for trusting RMDLG with your disability, Veterans benefits, or workers compensation claim. Joe Whitcomb opened his law office as a Social Security law practice in 2012. It was a natural fit, as Joe had started his legal career as a staff attorney at the Social Security Administration’s Office of Disability Adjudication and Appeal. In the nearly three years he worked at that office, he wrote nearly 700 decisions for more than 16 different Administrative Law Judges. When he moved into private practice, it was with the commitment to deliver high-quality legal services to some of the countries most vulnerable citizens. When you choose Whitcomb Law PC and Rocky Mountain Disability Law Group as your Social Security Law firm, you are getting experienced, committed attorneys who will fight for your claim at hearing, Appeals Council, and the US Federal District Court. Give Whitcomb Law PC a call today and let us be your Social Security law firm. Veterans Benefits Law Firm

Joe Whitcomb knows exactly how it feels to fight for the Veterans benefits you were promised when you served your country in military service. When he was medically discharged in 2005 due to a hearing loss, Joe turned to the VA to help him in his transition to civilian life. Like many of you, he was denied the Veteran’s benefits he had earned and to which he was entitled. After fighting for five years, and going through multiple appeals, Joe finally won his fight and used the money he won to pay for law school. He decided at that point to dedicate a significant part of his legal practice to helping other Veterans. If you hire Whitcomb Law PC to be your Veterans benefits law firm, we will fight for your case at the Regional Office, the Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA), and the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC).

🚨 **Veteran Alert!** 🚨 Melba Saunders fought for her rights after the VA denied her disability claim for knee pain linked to her military service. After years of appeals, the Federal Circuit ruled that pain can qualify as a disability, emphasizing that the focus should be on functional impairment, not just a formal diagnosis. 💪✨

If you or someone you know is struggling with a similar issue, our team at Whitcomb, Selinsky PC is here to help with your veterans disability claims. Let's fight for what you deserve! 🇺🇸 Without Diagnosis Qualified as VA Disability

Federal court held pain without formal diagnosis could meet VA disability standard if it caused functional impairment related to military service.

Breast cancer can affect anyone, regardless of gender – yes, males can get it too – or age. The average age is 62 years, with the youngest case being eight years. As it is the second leading cause of death in women, early detection is key. The most common symptom is a mass or lump, but other symptoms include swelling (breast or lymph nodes), skin dimpling, pain, or discharge. Women 45 -54 should get mammograms every year. Support Breast Cancer Awareness Month by scheduling your mammogram!
