We’re excited to share the launch of Early Lens Neurobehavioral Center founded by Javron Keene, Founder & CEO and a Frontera Starter Fellow.

Through the Frontera Starter Fellowship, we support BCBAs, clinicians, and founders who are building clinics that expand access to care for children with autism and their families.

Meet Jennifer (Jen) Kraft, our newest member of the Frontera Starter Fellowship.

Jen is a founder and practice owner of Krafted Care ABA, a neuroaffirming ABA practice serving children ages 2–21 with autism and developmental needs throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. With over 15 years of teaching experience and nearly a decade in behavioral health, Jen became a BCBA and Clinical Director in 2021.

Meet Quintara Tucker, BCBA, our newest member of the Frontera Starter Fellowship.

Quintara is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with licensure across multiple states along the East Coast and international credentials, bringing a broad and diverse perspective to her work.

Quintara is currently pursuing her PhD in Behavior Analysis and serves as an Assistant Instructor, teaching and mentoring aspiring behavior analysts at the graduate level. Her professional background includes extensive experience in school-based behavioral support, family collaboration, and program development, with a strong emphasis on culturally responsive practice and real-world skill building.

Outside of her professional work, Quintara enjoys strength training, boxing, shopping, and unwinding with a good Disney movie.

Through the Frontera Starter Fellowship, we support clinicians launching their own ABA clinics by providing funding, mentorship, and technology to help expand access to care for children with autism.
