You deserve support, no matter where life takes you. We believe high-quality mental healthcare should always be accessible, which is why we’ve offered telehealth services since our founding in 2017.

We know life is busy, so we offer virtual sessions because they provide:

- Flexibility: Easily fit sessions around your work, school, or family schedule.

- Convenience: Log in from the comfort of your own home or office.

- Consistency: Continue your sessions even if you travel frequently or move states (we serve 43 states!).

You’ll receive the same personalized, evidence-based care you would in person, but with the added benefit of making it fit seamlessly into your life.

You "have it all together," but inside, you're running on empty.

Sound familiar?

You're the one who always gets things done, who seems perfectly composed, and who everyone relies on.

But beneath that capable exterior, there's a constant hum of worry, a relentless drive, and often, a profound sense of loneliness. This is what high-functioning anxiety can feel like.

It's not always panic attacks. Sometimes, high-functioning anxiety looks like:

Perfectionism that exhausts you.

Overthinking every decision, big or small.

Difficulty saying "no" to new commitments.

A feeling of constant low-grade dread.

And that deep, quiet ache of feeling alone in your struggle, because no one sees past your strong facade.

You might feel like you shouldn't be struggling because you're "succeeding." But your feelings are valid. You don't have to keep carrying this weight in silence.

If this resonates, know you're not alone. Share this post with someone who might need to hear it, or simply save it as a reminder for yourself. You are seen.

Remember to always show yourself the same love you show to those around you.

The pressure to be joyful during the "happiest time of the year" is immense, but if you're navigating an eating disorder, this season can bring heavy anxiety and stress. You are allowed to feel what you feel.

This December, focus on The Rule of Three:

1. Limit Exposure: Give yourself permission to leave a social event early or say no to extra commitments that drain your energy.

2. Activate Your Anchor: Identify one person (a friend, therapist, or family member) who is your safe "anchor" and check in with them before and after a triggering event.

3. Hold Your Ground: Remember why you are fighting for recovery. Your value is not based on your plate, your clothes, or your weight.

The holidays can bring up grief, stress, and high expectations that feel heavy. If you're struggling, it doesn't mean you're ungrateful or "doing it wrong." It means your experience is real—and it matters.

Remember: You are allowed to feel what you feel. Give yourself permission to adjust expectations, mourn traditions that have changed, and prioritize what brings you genuine peace, not just what's expected.

Save this post as a reminder that your feelings are valid.

Self-care doesn’t have to be a whole spa day (because most of us don’t have time for that).

If the holiday pressure is draining you, try these simple, low-effort self-care ideas to take a break and protect your peace.

Life is hard. There are so many challenges and obstacles that impact us.

I love helping people sit through these hard times, find meaning in the struggles they experience, and find strength in their ability to persevere.

I love helping people find the positive moments that sit beside the struggle and use those positive moments to push themselves forward.

The holidays often mean spending time with people who challenge your peace. Remember: you don't have to debate or explain your needs.

Boundaries are a sign of self-respect, not weakness.

Save this post to remind yourself that you are allowed to choose peace this holiday season.

Mental clutter is exhausting. If your thoughts are racing, grab a paper and pen (or the notes app on your phone) and spend two minutes writing down every single worry, task, or random thought floating in your head.

Getting it out of your brain and onto paper instantly reduces your mental load, giving you space to breathe. Clarity is a tool.

The truth is, therapy is for everyone.

We all have issues that are challenging and go through times in our lives where we need support. It is easy to dismiss our issues and say we don't need help because 'others have it worse.'

The reality is that we can always find people in the world who have it worse than us and we can always find people who have it better; that's just statistics.

Your feelings are valid no matter what, and it's always helpful to have a trusted therapist to help you build insight and cope through those times.
