At MPH, we believe that form and quality of movement is key to transforming your body. Individual attention is of upmost importance. Because of this, we focus on private and duet Pilates equipment-based

sessions. At MANNA, we want you to get the most out of your time with us! Sessions can be corrective, preventative, rehabilitative, and used for athletic conditioning. We also offer health coaching to customize your journey towards more vibrant health. And for fun and to create community (a pillar of health and wellness) we offer wellness retreats, both domestically and internationally.
