At MPH, we believe that form and quality of movement is key to transforming your body. Individual attention is of upmost importance. Because of this, we focus on private and duet Pilates equipment-based sessions. At MANNA, we want you to get the most out of your time with us! Sessions can be corrective, preventative, rehabilitative, and used for athletic conditioning. We also offer health coaching to customize your journey towards more vibrant health. And for fun and to create community (a pillar of health and wellness) we offer wellness retreats, both domestically and internationally.

Your body is not dramatic — it’s protective. Fascia and the nervous system regulate each other, constantly exchanging information about safety, stress, and support. When fascia becomes restricted or densified, that communication can shift, and the nervous system may amplify its stress response. Not because you’re weak, but because your system is working overtime to protect you. Tight hips, shallow breathing, jaw tension, that constant “on” feeling — this isn’t just muscle. It’s communication. When we gently soften and hydrate fascia instead of forcing it, the nervous system often follows. And when the nervous system feels safe, the body stops bracing. MANNA Pilates + Health is located just north of Downtown Denver, in the RiNo neighborhood. We can be found in the FREIGHT building of the TAXI community. At MANNA Pilates + Health, we believe that form and quality of movement is key to transforming your body. Individual attention is of upmost importance. Because of this, we offer private and duet Pilates sessions. At MPH, we want you to get the most out of your time with us! Sessions can be corrective, preventative, rehabilitative, and used for athletic conditioning.

In addition, we also offer health coaching. In our coaching sessions, we support you through the process of living your most vibrant life! Nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, time management, and relationships can all be addressed.
