Functional core work doesn’t always look intense. Often, it looks slow, intentional, and breath-led — more like this, and much less like endless crunches.

A responsive core isn’t built through force. It’s developed through coordination, stability, and the ability to respond to breath and load. When the system is supported this way, strength becomes more sustainable, and movement becomes more efficient.

This is the kind of work that supports the body for the long term.

At MANNA Pilates + Health, we believe that form and quality of movement is key to transforming your body. Individual attention is of upmost importance. Because of this, we offer private and duet Pilates sessions. At MPH, we want you to get the most out of your time with us! Sessions can be corrective, preventative, rehabilitative, and used for athletic conditioning.

In addition, we also offer health coaching. In our coaching sessions, we support you through the process of living your most vibrant life! Nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, time management, and relationships can all be addressed.
