It is our goal to bring greater awareness to the truths of yoga, make it accessible to all communities, and provide a compassionate and welcoming atmosphere for reflection and transformation. Yes Black lactating folx have our own week to celebrate and bring awareness to the racial disparities amongst Black birthers!

Now that we've got that out of the way - let the celebration begin! Black Breastfeeding Week announced this year's theme: The Big Pause: Collective Rest for Collective Power
