OPEN HEART PARTNER POSE

How To:

Partners stand in Tadasana (mountain pose), with the supporting partner behind the stretching partner.

Connection: The rear partner holds the front partner’s arms or wrists.

Action: Upon exhaling, the front partner leans forward and down, allowing the chest and back to stretch.

Support: The back partner pulls gently upward on the arms to support the front partner, helping them deepen the stretch in the chest, shoulders, and back.

Hold: Maintain the pose for 5–10 breaths, focusing on communication and trust.
