And now seeing these beautiful babies- once just a dream- crawling and giggling together makes my heart burst. 💕

Always honored to be a part of this incredible non profit. JFF provides free mental health groups, financial support, & unique events like this one to families in Denver! (And across the US).

What an unforgettable night in Denver!
Our "Supporting Loved Ones on a Family Building Journey" panel brought together diverse, powerful voices who shared openly and authentically about their journeys. One especially moving moment came when a male attendee thanked our male veteran panelist for sharing his story from the male perspective. This panel was a reminder of how important it is to elevate every voice in the fertility journey.

We’re so grateful to our panelists, attendees, and everyone who made this meaningful conversation possible, including Onto Fertility, Dr. Liner, Traci Keen, and all the panelists. We can’t wait to host more events like this soon.

Have you found yourself in a "silent divorce"? We all assume that unhappy couples argue or show distain. But sometimes a quiet, disconnected relationship can lead to worse resentment & a more dire outcome.

Couples who no longer feel an emotional attachment but stay together for financial or other reasons may find themselves undergoing a “silent divorce.”

Introducing Persimmon (Percy) our new addition and eventual therapy dog! Percy is a 6 month old Mini Sheepadoodle. She’s hypoallergenic, calm, & quiet. (And so gentle).

You may begin to see Percy on virtual sessions or around the office as we slowly integrate her into therapy life! But first… finalizing potting training.

Parenting during a pandemic is a whole new level of exhaustion. It’s easy to assume that everyone is doing it more easily, gracefully, or enjoyably than you are. Take it from me- they aren’t. We’re all in this together. Let another mom know today that you’re thinking of her!

Being a mom, wife, daughter, friend... maybe a business owner or employee... taxi driver, appointment setter, grocery shopper, boo boo fixer, bedtime attendant... it can all be too much. Where are you, hidden under all of these roles and responsibilities? When is the last time you took care of her needs? When is the last time she felt free? It’s time to start making a place for you in this world. 🌎
