The fourth iteration of our Poetry Club LoveSpeak is back. Starting March 28th we will meet every Saturday from 3pm-5pm at .love

as we explore the depth and meaning of Adinkra Symbol of Sankofa alongside the Poet’s journey of remembering, becoming and knowing. Each workshop is inspired by literary ancestors who have spoken on the Sankofa journey through their own self-expression, research and commitment to healing. LoveSpeak is a sacred and nurturing space, where all are encouraged to come as they are. Whether you are new to poetry or a seasoned writer, this type of poetry is about creating and making something that is true and authentic to your story and where you currently stand. Sacred & Savage - Heated Yoga

You don’t have to choose between soft and strong.
In this class we invite you to openly embody both.

This is liberation through unfiltered music + unapologetic movement.

Sacred & Savage is a rap/hip hop inspired, explicit, heated yoga class that celebrates the duality within our nature — the grounded and the gritty thrive here.

Move through a spicy yoga flow backdropped by unfiltered Hip Hop and Rap music rooted in storytelling, truth-telling, resistance, and resilience. For generations, lyrics have been a vessel to lift community, speak out against injustice, and re-claim personal identity.

In this class we are reminded that strength is found in both the sacred and the savage as we remember resiliency is not only built in the breath, but also in the voice.

In this class devotion will meet defiance, reverence will merge with rhythm, and our practice will serve as a form of protest and embodied power.

Our main studio is closed for renovations, but your practice doesn’t have to pause.

We opened a second location directly across the street—same vibe, same classes, same community. Just a new address for now.

The work we’re doing at the main studio is necessary and will be worth the wait.

We’re expecting to reopen in early March, and we’ll update you here as we get closer to that date.

The only thing that’s changed is which door you’re walking through. Everything else stays the same.

Even when placed at the bottom, Black Americans have consistently stood at the frontlines—fighting not just for our own civil rights, but showing up for countless others in their struggles for justice.
We’ve marched, organized, and sacrificed for communities that don’t always return that solidarity. Yet we keep showing up.

To Black Americans: You are resilient. You are powerful. You are essential—even when others treat you as optional.

We’ve been overlooked, discarded, and pushed to the margins, but we will continue to rise, resist, and lead with the same strength that’s carried us through centuries.
Happy Black History Month to a people who refuse to be broken.
