This year, you can expect us to kick off each month with a post that reminds us all of some common days, including holidays, that our clients may be celebrating. These are days that we might forget or not know of due to not celebrating them ourselves or these holidays being less often recognized by our culture at large.

Inspired by an article on “Enhancing clinical courage” by Dr. H. Luis Vargas, the day will be broken up with a literature-backed, improv comedy work shop, designed to intentionally challenge comfort zones and find presence in the obscure. Not unlike what we do as therapists everyday.
