Jae we will miss you!

We wanted to take a moment to share some bittersweet news with you. Jae, a valued member of our team for the past five months, will be leaving us to focus more on her family and other commitments. While we are sad to see her go, we understand and support her decision! Jae has made significant contributions during her time with us. Her last day will be April 16.

We wish her nothing but the best in her future endeavors and thank her for the positive impact she has made at 7th Element Therapeutics!

Our latest news

Hello and Happy New Year!

We hope you had a great Holiday Season however you chose to celebrate! It sure was a busy one for us at 7th Element, helping you all stay relaxed through the mad dash.
As we move into a new year, we just wanted to pop into your inbox and share a few updates with you!

First, a quick message from Kellyn:
As a reminder, I am not currently accepting new clients at the moment. As much as I appreciate you all wanting your Friends and Family to come to me, I can only work on so many people and as you know sometimes we have a hard enough time getting all you regulars on the schedule. This includes clients that have been into the office before but never with me. You would be considered a new client for my schedule, and at the moment I can not take on any more clients. But that is why you now have 3 wonderful options to go to!!
Also, I am going to be shifting my schedule around a bit this year. I am still trying to figure out the details and nothing major will happen until about Summer time. Those of you who have been flexible with splitting your sessions between me and other therapists, I thank you! This helps tremendously and I will be looking for more of you to be a little more open down the road as well!
I appreciate every one of you as we head into our 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY this year!!

Next, we are going to be doing a small price increase starting February 2nd. This will be across the board but vary by therapist:
$10 increase for 60 minute with either Terri, Lizzy or Jae
$15 increase for 90 minute with Terri, Lizzy or Jae
$5 increase for both 60 and 90 minute with Kellyn
Packages will change slightly as well.
Feel free to ask us any questions you have before hand or at your next visit!

It feels incredible that we are busy enough to continue to expand year over year! This wouldn't be possible without all of you. You light up our days just as much as we do yours!

We are happy to introduce Jae!

Jae is a graduate of the Colorado School of Healing Arts with a strong background in somatic practices. She offers trauma-informed massage tailored to each client, integrating deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, sports massage, Thai techniques, and specialized TMJ work.

Rooted in a passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies, Jae brings a grounded, compassionate presence to every session.
Outside the treatment room, Jae enjoys spending time with their family, camping, crafting, and exploring the outdoors.

It has been a little while since we reached out to your inbox.

Wanted to pop in and say hi!

We have been having a lot of late cancellations and no show appointments lately, and as much as we understand life happens, we have been very relaxed on our policies. As a reminder we require 24 hour notice for any reschedule or cancellation of an appointment. Please keep this in mind moving forward as we will be enforcing our policies. This helps us protect our valuable time and make space for clients wanting to get in!

Happy 1 Year Anniversary to Terri!

Terri joined our team at the end of July last year and we can't believe it has been a whole year with her!! She has made such an impact not only to our office, but for all the clients she touches. We love having her bubbly, light heart around every day!

She has been working hard learning all about Lymphatic Drainage for many months now and is so excited to announce that she is now fully certified and ready to put her new skills to the test!
Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and the movement of lymph fluids around the body. Helping to aid in immune support and pain relief. This technique is especially helpful after surgeries or injuries where an excess of blood was sent to an area to help healing, leaving behind excess swelling.
This can also be very beneficial for nursing Mothers, cancer patients, those suffering from Arthritis, fibromyalgia, or any other health conditions that effect blood flow.

She appreciates your understanding and cooperation.

Both Lizzy and Terri would be happy to work on all of you! We know it's never easy having to start with a new therapist but you will be in great hands across the board.
