So here we are – more than 6 months into living in the age of a pandemic. How are you holding up?
If you’ve worked with me, you know I want to know the answers to 3 very important questions:
Are you sleeping?
Are you eating relatively healthy?
Are you exercising or moving your body in some way?
You know that habits around that form the foundation for your physical and emotional well-being. What other tools do you have in place that serve to help you feel grounded and able to release tension regularly (without waiting for it all to build up and then exploding like a volcano or having it take hold inside of you only to transform into physical issues)?
As the sun sets on one season and brings a new one, we still have a lot on our minds – the election, employment changes, working remotely vs. returning to our regular workspaces, hybrid or online education, climate change, finances, health and all the other everyday things that are occurring in our personal lives.
If you need support, don’t wait to reach out until you’re in crisis mode. And if you are doing well, I hope that continues to be the case. If you have someone near you who is suffering in some capacity, share this note with them. Let them know there is help available.
I am still providing psychotherapy, coaching as well as my work with RTT and hypnosis virtually. Clients have come to really appreciate the lack of travel time and the convenience inherent in simply clicking a link and being able to connect, be heard, be understood, and be able to walk away feeling more settled and assured of what they can do and what they can focus on in order to feel better equipped to handle life’s challenges and feel good within themselves.
Remember - when you decide to invest in yourself by working with me, you are also serving to help others. A portion of every session fee gets donated to causes dedicated to helping lift people up. When you take action to elevate and heal yourself, you raise others up also.
Be well. Call or email me if I can help. And if you see others that are hurting, send them my way.
