Unlike other online nutrition programs, Shannon will be actively involved with every step of attaining your goals. With direct emails, you can ask Shannon questions, ask for certain exercises for a specific "trouble area" and Shannon will be there through it all! Other online nutrition and fitness programs hand out the same basic exercises and basic nutrition programs, while Shannon looks at every individual client profile and creates a program specifically designed to help you reach your goals, in a matter of 12 weeks.

These 10 exercises are foundational for ALL people at every age, ability, injury history and goal set…

🔟Hip Thrusts: Train in the 15+ rep range for functional strength and hypertrophy. Mix in bridges, thrusts, single leg variations and different foot positions.

9️⃣Lateral Lunges: Train in the 10-15 rep range for functional strength and mobility. Utilize stepping, non stepping, rotational and isometric variations at full ROM.

8️⃣Push Ups: Train in lower rep ranges 8-10 for strength, higher rep ranges 8-15 for hypertrophy, or 25+ rep ranges for core and pillar challenges. Use deficit with hands elevated for full ROM.

7️⃣Goblet Squats: Train in 10+ rep ranges to build functional strength and muscle. Lock in your front rack and use kettlebells, dumbbell, landmine, and cable. Different foot positions and wedge.

6️⃣Romanian Deadlifts: Train in the 6-10 rep range for functional strength. Mix conventional and hybrid stances utilizing barbell, landmine, dumbbells and cables. Ensure stretch and hamstring, flex at glutes.

5️⃣Farmer’s Carries: Train in the 15-60 second rep ranges. Mix in load down to side, front racked, overhead or a mixed grip combo or each. Can also carry balls, pull sleds, anything locomotion load.

4️⃣Split Squats: Train in the 8-15 functional hypertrophy rep range. Utilize front foot elevated; rear foot elevated and double deficit setups. Hinge the hips and allow the knee over toes.

3️⃣Inverted Rows: Train in the 15+ rep range for functional hypertrophy mixing grips from supinated, pronated and neutral to foot setup, bar placement and range of motion. Flex hard through full ROM.

2️⃣Trap Bar Deadlifts: Train in the 3-8 strength schemes with heavy near maximal load. High and low handle, hinge and hybrid squats.

1️⃣Face Pulls: Do them, every day. All positions.

A shoutout to everyone who supported me in advocating for my rights as a tenant and a business owner over the last few days. If I missed anyone, my sincere apologies.

Tonight as I entered my facility at 4:45pm this evening, there was a unit producing heat- see attached pictures.

While the final connection will be complete In a day or two, I am now able to resume business and services to my members and clients.

On behalf of my members anShannon Connors Fitness Trainingng, thank you to Legislature Frank Todaro/ Frank Todaro for Installing a unit with heat complete with thermostat.

Regular classes will resume tomorrow and for everyone who may have started following our story, please enjoy the remainder of December FREE for our group strength program and classes.

No membership or contract needed.

This is kind of ironic but I'll share anyway... hats off to all the small Businesses Legislator Frank Todaro Frank Todaro supports while my small business, located on a property he owns, risks closure and continued struggle as we attempt to get our elected Legislator Mr. Todaro to provide heat for MY small business Shannon Connors Fitness Training located at 5497 Broadway.

While other businesses are being supported by Mr. Todaro, he refuses to respond to requests for compliance for a heating system in my facility that doesn't produce and pump diesel fumes into our workout area, and a consistent heat source so I can run my established 10 year old business. Needless to say, we have existed since August with no hot water in the bathroom, heat in the main foyer or anywhere else. We are "allowed" to maintain the thermostat for his idea of temporary heat at a whopping 40°.

He and his contractors will also gladly and condescendingly demonstrate where the 40 is on the Thermostat gauge, especially if you are a woman and do not know how to turn it back to 40. (this actually happened).

Cheers to you if you are a small business NOT located on a property owned by Mr. Todaro. The best part is that he sought me out to be an anchor business back in June 2025 and sought my input and expertise on how to turn that property into a thriving Health, Wellness Education facility and now refuses to communicate or respond to my repeated requests for a certificate of occupancy; for a working HVAC system; for hot water and the list goes on...

Thanks, Mr. Todaro for your commitment to all of Lancaster, Depew, Elma, Marilla and Alden EXCEPT SCFit.

My apologies - Shannon Connors Fitness Training will be closed the remainder of the week as property owner Legislator Frank Todaro / Frank Todaro continues to refuse to comply with commercial property standards and provide acceptable/consistent heat for our business.

With temperatures in the teens, the temperature inside the building is registering between 33-42° depending on the temperature outside and the temporary heat source he has provided pumps diesel fumes into our facility - neither of which is a safe option for exercising.

Mr. Todaro has been saying since mid October this situation would be rectified and it continues to be an on going battle with a failure on his part provide a permanent solution to this issue. The answer has consistently been "next week". He also lied to clients saying I accepted keys to the building In August knowing there was no heat. His consistent promises that the HVAC system would be updated and In working order by winter are logged below.

Again- my apologies as I continue to work on a solution to this ongoing problem that Is out of my hands.

Mr. Todaro continues to make promises re the heating situation and I apologize for the impact on your ability to workout.
