This time of year always reminds me how much the small things matter in leadership.

We had our company and family Thanksgiving gathering not long ago, and this week is our holiday lunch. Nothing fancy, just time together, good conversation, and a chance to slow down.

It got me thinking…

How do you make the season feel special for your team? And do you think it actually matters?

Personally, I do.
People work hard all year. They carry the stress, the deadlines, the emotions of the families we serve. Creating moments of appreciation isn’t just “nice”, it strengthens culture, retention, and trust.

But I’m curious how others approach it.

Thank you for your interest in Oasis Senior Advisors.

After working with large corporations for over 10 years I learned the significance of customer service and work ethic. However, it was not a career path that aligned with my values. I joined Oasis Senior Advisors as an avenue to make a real difference in the Buffalo community. My wife Katie and I, along with our growing family, are proud to call Buffalo home. We are avid Bills and Sabres fans, active in our community, and enjoy attending the many festivals and traditions WNY has to offer.

The experiences I have had with loved ones has opened my eyes to the complexities of Alzheimer’s/Dementia, the aging process, and finding the right care. Through my experience I continued to find that when my family needed direction and guidance, we were left to do the research. Having gone through this, when I learned of Oasis, I knew it was a special fit. This is why I now dedicate myself to others and am honored to assist families during this time of transition. I will work to align healthcare needs and lifestyle preferences with the perfect home. I am committed to be a guide and resource that is by your side. I look forward to partnering with you and your family as an Oasis Senior Advisor.
