Hi, I'm an organic Momma trying to raise a healthy family in our ever-growing processed world. On my site you will learn a lot about my passions. My #1 is giving information on what I have learned. You will find a lot of information concerning our health. I have read a lot of different articles and books throughout the years concerning nutrition. Sometimes it is overwhelming especially when you get to the grocery store. During all of my research I have created some of my own products and recipes. I believe a product on your skin should not include any chemicals or additives. Nature has given us everything we need and I have made it my mission to create products that feed and heal the body. I have always been an avid photographer my passion always being abstract and nature, but I found myself photographing people as well. I have written articles about musicians both national and local artists. On my website you will see all facets of me come together as one.
