Meet our new massage therapist that is joining us, effective immediately. Offering exclusive services that are completely unique to the county. She will only be available at our Depoe Bay location.

Monika Adams, M.Ed., LMT is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Mastery Certified Health Coach, with a background in Functional Nutrition. Monika specializes in CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and releasing long held trauma from the body, gently. Monika helps clients recalibrate, repattern, and heal.

Monika’s passion for wellness, and health education is ALL about helping to simplify the science so people better understand what is going on inside their bodies. Monika's mission is to help people feel better, and to bring better health outcomes to the planet—one person—and their trillions of cells at a time!

Monika recently followed her heart and relocated to the Oregon Coast. She loves Depoe Bay--and our resident whales. She is delighted to join forces with us and can't wait to help you feel better too!

Thank you for an absolutely wild year of trust, laughs, deep sighs, awkward table conversations, and the iconic phrase, “I didn’t realize I was holding THAT.”

Thank you for showing up stressed, leaving relaxed, and immediately re-stressing yourselves like it’s a hobby. Thank you for trusting me with your bodies, your chaos, and your commitment to self-care… eventually.

I’m beyond grateful for each and every one of you and the energy you bring into my space. Truly couldn’t ask for a better group of humans to spend my days with.

I wanted to share a brief follow-up. My husband’s grandmother has passed away. We are grateful that he was able to spend time with her and say his goodbyes before she passed.

At this time, we are awaiting updates from family and will likely need to take a couple of days off. We do not yet have confirmed dates. Once we do, I will personally reach out to any clients whose appointments may need to be rescheduled.

Due to a family emergency that required travel out of town, I had to cancel my Saturday appointments. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please know that I do not typically cancel appointments unless I am ill or faced with an emergency.

As of now, we are planning to return Saturday night, so Sunday appointments are still scheduled as planned. If that changes, I will personally reach out to anyone with a Sunday appointment by tomorrow afternoon.

Yes, prices are changing — $5–$15 depending on the service.

Before anyone clutches pearls:
Any VIP pre-paid packages that you have remaining sessions on will remain untouched, protected, and honored exactly as purchased.
Your loyalty is appreciated, and your rates stay locked, until you have used up all of those pre-paid sessions.

✨ New Cancellation Policy

Because 2025 really said “plot twist” with last-minute cancellations. Starting Jan 1, appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 25% fee of the scheduled service.

This isn’t punishment, it’s simply honoring everyone’s time, including yours, mine, and clients waiting for openings. If a card declines, the fee will just need to be settled before booking again.
