Job Title: Product Specialist
Reports to and Location: Long Island office, Islandia NY
Job Overview:
The Product Specialist is responsible for delivering equipment and services to the customer’s residence. This includes setting up the equipment in their home, fitting them with the respective wrap and / or brace and proving the appropriate training. .
Responsibilities and Duties:
Deliver all DME Equipment/Product to customer residence.
Provide Patient with a complete training on prescribed DME Equipment & paper work.
Help with making the patient feel relaxed about their upcoming medical procedure.
Have Patient fill out and sign the appropriate paperwork:
Return to office and place paperwork in appropriate locations.
Place all used and unused DME equipment/product on appropriate racks in the loading bay.
Clean all reusable equipment that was picked up from the day route
Qualifications:
High School graduate or GED
Previous Customer Service experience with a high level of customer interaction
Medical Terminology proficient (Preferred)
Health Care Experience (preferred)
Excellent verbal communication
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Highly Motivated, Passionate, dedicated, dependability
Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast pace environment

The Cold Therapy is a Best-In-Class Cold Compression Therapy Systems for superior recovery used by US Olympic Athletes. The DVT Prophylaxis is sequential compression systems to help prevent the onset of DVT in immobilized patients post-operatively. Lastly, we provided customized bracing options for surgery and injury specific body parts.
