💫 This holiday season, our Planetree team came together to give back to our local community by packing care packages for Spooner House in Shelton, CT.

💙Person-centered care doesn’t stop at the bedside — it’s about seeing, honoring, and supporting people wherever they are. Acts of compassion, connection, and partnership matter in every setting.

At Planetree, we love celebrating the incredible people who make person-centered care a reality! That’s why we launched the Employee Spotlight series. Today, we’re celebrating Heather Ennis, Director Global Consulting Network, who joined the team last september.

💡 What She Does:
As Director of the Global Consulting Network, she supports Planetree’s expanding global footprint by building and coordinating a network of experienced PCC experts. This includes engaging consultants in specialized education, capacity-building, and peer review for organizations pursuing Planetree Certification.

❤️ What She Loves About Her Job:
She is inspired by the chance to advance Planetree’s mission alongside dedicated, mission-driven colleagues. Having partnered with Planetree for years and researched the impact of PCC, she has seen firsthand how meaningful this work is. Collaborating with people who are deeply committed to transforming healthcare motivates her to bring her best every day.
