🌟 Employee Spotlight
At Planetree, we love celebrating the incredible people who make person-centered care a reality! That’s why we launched the Employee Spotlight series. Today, we’re celebrating Ravi Tripptrap, Vice President, Corporate Services, who joined the team last september.
💡 What He Does: I serve as Vice President, Corporate Services, where I oversee finance, marketing, technology, CRM systems, and Board management to ensure strong operational performance. I partner with the President and Executive Team to align strategy with ex*****on, support global growth, and strengthen client and partner experiences. My role is to make sure Planetree’s core operations run effectively so our teams worldwide can advance person-centered care.
❤️ What He Loves About His Job: What I love most about my job is the combination of impact and leadership. Planetree’s mission advancing person-centered care touches millions of patients and healthcare professionals around the world, and I get to ensure that the systems, people, and strategies behind the scenes are strong enough to make that mission possible.
🎉 Fun Fact: I’ve lived and worked across five continents, and my family jokes that our dinner table is a global buffet. I also grow ghost peppers and jalapeños, make my own hot sauce, and gift it to friends as taste-testers.
💬 Favorite Quote: German proverb: “Das letzte Hemd hat keine Taschen.” The last shirt has no pockets — a reminder to live fully, give generously, and focus on what truly matters.
