I have over 20 years experience working with individuals and families, helping them move past some of the challenges that life hands us. Empathy, encouragement and empowerment are the cornerstones of my approach. I've worked with young adults ages 18-25, families with children of various ages and adults. I've treated mood disorders, anxiety disorders, behavioral issues and addiction issues. Let me help you find your strengths and develop coping skills and competencies to move in a positive direction. Very exciting to be hosting the Holistic Stress Management Instructor Certification Training with Brian Luke Seaward at the CT Women's Consortium! See the attached brochure for all of the details.
