Soundbaths, meditation, reading, horror movies….

We are not meant to live in a constant state of chaos. I know it’s hard, I know this is so upsetting and scary.

I have family reasons why I’m just devastated at what is going on in the world today. I’m not going to share details here but I do know that throughout everything, my parents found ways to recenter themselves, to reground themselves. To find beauty.

We’re starting the year with sound baths on Jan 1, First Friday (Jan 2 – donation-based for the Monroe Food Pantry), and Sunday Jan 4.
Thursdays continue, plus Monday nights are back (1st & 3rd Mondays).

We jump back into our groove on Thursday 1/1 at 7pm, we have our ‘First Friday’ donation based sound bath for the Monroe Food Pantry, and Sunday (first Sunday) sound bath! Aaaaaaand restarting our Monday Night Sound bath (first and third just like Sundays!)
