Exciting News & Important Update!

I will be taking maternity leave starting June 1st and will not be attending births during this time. However, I’m still here to support you in other ways! I will continue offering:

I've been a doula for a while now, but as of last night I am officially certified with Madriella.

In most places you don't have to have a certification, but with policies and legislation changing that might not be the case in our future.

Nothing has changed except I that I expanded my knowledge! We are always learning. I am grateful for the dedication that Madriella pours into making doula work accessible and affordable.

How can I support a mom when I can't give a gift? Change your mindset, hold the mom and family first before the baby. Laundry, dishes, a meal, take the kids to the park.

👎"Oh girl you are going to want that epidural, there's no way you can do it without it! I needed it!"
👍"When I gave birth I needed the epidural. It's there if you need it, but it's your choice to use it. "

👎"Wow you look like your going to pop anytime"
👍"Wow! You're getting so close to the end can I do anything for you?"

👎️"Awe day old newborn smell is the best! Can I hold him?? He's so adorable."
👍"The newborn smell is the best! Is there anything I can get for you? I saw some dishes and laundry needed to be done. Where's the soap?"

As of this Fall I have began Midwifery school at Midwives College of Utah!

If you had a birth with me please be on the lookout for a witness form from me for my CLNC 1010 class. I will only need a signature and phone number. It is unlikely that you will be contacted by the school or NARM.
