US 171 (northbound & southbound) at the railroad crossing in DeRidder, just south of Gladys Street.

📅 When: 7:00 a.m. Sunday, February 8, 2026 ➡️ Through 7:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 10, 2026
🛣️ Why: The closure is necessary for railroad reconstruction being conducted by the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD).

It has been a while since we introduced the new ownership of 3PT, which was purchased in 2024. Our staff has undergone changes, and we continually strive to enhance our patient care. A new, in-house system will be implemented to minimize errors and improve customer service.

To all our past and current patients, we have been transitioning to a new billing system and have discovered issues with some recorded payments and incorrect insurance quotes. All payments are being researched, and bank deposits are being verified to correct the situation. We want to assure all patients that the issue will be resolved, and you should not worry about automatically generated bills that do not show payments. Your statements come directly from our third-party billing company. We understand how frustrating this can be, but all payments will be recorded. Please contact me directly if you have an issue, and I will handle it personally. Thank you in advance for your patience. I am deeply sorry for the frustration and any issues this has caused.

We are excited to offer extended hours for our patients. We will now be open Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM, closed from 12PM to 1PM for lunch. These new hours will go into effect next Monday, January 12, 2026.
