I’m in Waco at the Texas AMTA Convention diving deep into continuing education so I can bring even more value back to my clients. I’ll be spending the next 3 days in an advanced course: InBodyWeTrust: Supporting the ANS and Healing Trauma through Touch and Movement.

This work is all about understanding the nervous system on a deeper level and learning techniques that help the body truly release, reset, and heal—not just temporarily feel better.

I’ll be back Monday and ready to get you on the table with some new tools, new knowledge, and even better results.

Yes… your massage therapist gets massages too. And today I was the one on the table getting cupped. 😆

I’m always telling my clients how important it is to take care of their bodies — reduce stress, release tension, reset the nervous system…

But I can’t preach self-care if I’m not practicing it myself. 💆‍♀️

Even massage therapists get knots.
Even massage therapists get stressed.
And yes… even massage therapists need someone else to fix our backs. 🤣
