Center for Life Management is a non-profit community mental health agency that has served the people and communities of Southern NH for more than 50 years.

CLM provides comprehensive mental health services including psychiatric treatment, counseling, medication services, case management and community support services, 24-hour emergency service, and family support services for adults, children, adolescents and families. In addition, we work closely with a variety of regional health and human service providers to ensure that your mental health care is comprehensive, integrated and community-based.

Congratulations to the CLM “Healthy Together” program on celebrating their FIVE Year Anniversary!

Healthy Together is a partnership between CLM and Lamprey Health Care that enables us to offer quality primary care for people aged 12 and up. This program makes it easier to stay healthy by combining primary care and mental health services in one location, providing whole-person care in a convenient, single setting.

A huge thank you from our Homeless and Housing Department to everyone who made this year’s Socktober Drive such an incredible success!

Thanks to the generosity of our staff, friends, family, and community partners, we collected an amazing 2,305 pairs of socks for children and adults! Many of the shelters run out of socks this time of year. Rest assured, the shelters within our region will be able to provide this year.

Thank you to everyone who donated and helped make a difference, one set of socks at a time.

From managing large-scale renovations like 39.5 Birch Street to ensuring daily operations run safely and efficiently, Don’s leadership helps create spaces where staff can thrive and clients feel welcomed. His focus on safety, functionality, and aesthetics ensures that every improvement reflects CLM’s mission and values.

The Northeast Delta Dental Foundation recently awarded the Center for Life Management $7,500 to enhance the oral health of clients in our Community Supports program.

Many clients hesitate to seek dental treatment due to fear or financial constraints, which negatively impacts their physical and mental health. These funds will allow us to assist those whose oral health challenges hinder their mental health treatment. For example, a recent grant enabled us to provide dentures to a client, boosting their confidence as they seek job opportunities and work towards independent living.

Oral health issues can generate significant stress, affecting how individuals perceive themselves and how others perceive them. This can hinder employment and educational prospects, particularly for those in recovery with decayed or broken teeth.

One notable case involved a client who was close to completing the payment for their dentures. Our program helped with the final payment, crucial for the client’s path to employment after experiencing homelessness. Most of our clients rely on Medicaid, which offers limited dental benefits that often fall short of providing comprehensive care. We are grateful for the support from the Northeast Delta Dental Foundation—together we are changing lives!
