National Eating Disorders Awareness Week is coming up (Feb 23–Mar 1) — a time to raise awareness about the realities of eating disorders and the importance of treatment.

Eating disorders have the highest mortality rate of any mental illness, with one death every 52 minutes as a direct result of an eating disorder.

CLM has added enhanced Crisis Center services designed to provide critical crisis care to individuals when it matters most.

The Crisis Center is a safe and welcoming place for anyone facing a mental health or substance use crisis. It is staffed with experienced therapists and peers who provide thorough assessments, help you stabilize, and offer short-term rest and care. Before you leave, we will set up ongoing services to help you stay well. We continue to check in and support you for up to 30 days while you recover.

24/ 7 Walk-In Crisis Assessments are now available with expanded hours 24 hours/7 days per week at our Main Office at 10 Tsienneto Road, Derry, NH

Additionally, the Crisis Center provides “Somewhere to Go” offering a safe, up to a full day of therapeutic care onsite at CLM for individuals who would benefit from additional support for stabilization.

Our Acute Care Services team has therapists, case managers, and peers who are trained to help in a crisis. We can often help you avoid going to the hospital and connect you with the right treatment and supports.
