Join us for a deeply nourishing sound bath created to calm the nervous system and gently invite the heart to open. Held in sound and stillness, healing unfolds with ease through rest, resonance, and a sense of safety.



As you’re guided by crystal singing bowls, grounding frequencies, and Reiki energy, your body is invited to soften out of survival mode and into a state of deep receptivity. From this place of rest, the heart naturally opens—releasing stored tension, emotional heaviness, and old protective patterns.

Week 1: The 80s Heart
Theme: Playfulness as a doorway to openness
Description:
A lighthearted, 80s music-inspired flow that invites joy, movement, and curiosity into the heart and spine. We’ll explore gentle chest and hip opening while being introduced to supported camel, focusing on setup, breath, and feeling safe in extension.

✨ Focus: joy, confidence, mobility

Week 2: Anti-Valentine
Theme: Boundaries, truth, and emotional release
Description:
This grounded, no-pressure class creates space to release expectations and old stories around love. Through steady flow and intentional pauses, we’ll explore camel with support and choice, emphasizing strength, integrity, and listening to the body.

✨ Focus: boundaries, autonomy, release

Week 3: Soft Ease
Theme: Opening through gentleness
Description:
A slower, nourishing class designed to calm the nervous system and invite ease. Using longer holds and supportive props, we’ll soften into restorative camel variations, showing that depth can come from surrender, not force.

✨ Focus: rest, safety, trust
This class is a RESTORATIVE YOGA CLASS! Please bring a pillow with you

Week 4: Choose Yourself (final integration)
Theme: Self-trust over performance
Description:
Our final class invites you to integrate everything you’ve practiced—playfulness, boundaries, softness, and strength. With full permission to explore or opt out, we’ll offer camel in its many expressions, honoring personal choice as the true peak.

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you simply lie down, get comfortable, and let soothing sounds wash over you. I use crystal singing bowls and gentle instruments to create vibrations that help calm your nervous system, quiet the mind, and release built-up stress and tension.
You don’t need to do anything — no experience, no movement, no meditation skills required. Just come as you are. Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply rested, like they finally took a full breath.
This session also includes Reiki energy to support emotional release, energetic reset, and overall balance.
Perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, tired, anxious, or simply craving deep rest and self-care. 💫

I am so excited for this!

Come join me for a yoga class for the beginners. For the people who think they cant do yoga! Or you dont know where to start and going to a class is too intimidating! Maybe its been a while and you want to ease back into it.
