🦩🌴 Good morning friends, here’s another example of a good day on a different beach. There were a few long walks, more chapters read, conversations with spirit and sleepy zzzz’s. Skin is a little tanner, thoughts are dancing around like slow butterflies and I’m so grateful for everything.

🌴 Good morning friends, days go by so fast! Your whole life counts on you to make it a positive one. This was the beauty I had yesterday. I read several chapters in a book. Swam in the ocean, went for a long walk on the beach with zen moments. I’ve seen spirit all around. ✨ It’s magical.

🦩🐠 Good morning friends, I’m officially on vacation! I’ll post daily and will continue to answer emails/messages for virtual appointments etc. I will not be taking sessions during the vacation break. I’ll announce when I’m back. 🌴 Keep in mind, I’ll be taking hiatuses once a month and will not be so easily accessible. So, get in when I’m accepting virtual appointments! ❤️ Good morning friends, our Mr. Cookie will be 16 years old in July. Where does the time go? He’s had senior dog things happen and it’s not easy watching him go through it.
As I work with clients, he sleeps next to me on a comfy blanket. I ask the Universe to give us patience as the health changes with him are difficult. While his life slows down, ours is still busy. He’s teaching us to slow down.
Love your pets. They’re only here for a certain amount of time.

🐝 Good morning friends, Spring is trying to come out here in New England. It seems like it’s taking its time. But, it’s not. The birds are singing at 5:00 in the morning and I saw a bee! Ants were scrambling on the ground and the sun has a new warmth to my skin. Spring IS here. We just have to get past the chill that remains at night and early morning.
