Every inch your head moves forward adds ~10 lbs of pressure on your neck. So that “just driving” tension? It builds up FAST.

Try this:
• Sit tall, ears over shoulders
• Lightly tuck your chin (like a double chin moment)
• Relax your grip on the wheel

I could've stayed on the "safe" path... but my soul wanted more.
