This is Sangeetha Vinod, BCBA, one of the very first behavior technicians at Step Up ABA.

Through dedication, consistency, and a deep commitment to the families we serve, Sangeetha grew from behavior technician to behavior analyst to senior behavior analyst to center operations manager and now clinical director.

She did not skip steps. She earned every one of them.
