Through dedication, consistency, and a deep commitment to the families we serve, Sangeetha grew from behavior technician to behavior analyst to senior behavior analyst to center operations manager and now clinical director.

She did not skip steps. She earned every one of them.

🚨 Auburn Center Closed Tomorrow 🚨
Due to flooding and road closures in the Auburn area, Step Up ABA Auburn will be closed tomorrow to keep our clients, families, and staff safe. All sessions scheduled for tomorrow are canceled, and our team will contact families about rescheduling.
At Step Up ABA, your child’s safety and progress are always our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding during unexpected closures.

🎨✨ What a weekend! Milena Dickens (our amazing Center Operations Manager), Erik Eagle and I spent the whole weekend bringing our mural to life at our Step Up ABA Des Moines center and we had an absolute blast doing it! 💛
This mural represents joy, growth, and connection, everything we hope to bring to the children and families we serve.
It also celebrates our beautiful Des Moines community, inspired by the marina and ocean, and painted with our Step Up ABA brand colors. 🌊💖💛💚
We poured our hearts (and a lot of paint 😅) into every detail, and we can’t wait for the Des Moines community to see it and love it as much as we do! 💕
