picture this:
the vibes are immaculate, you’re in your summer happy place. a boat, a festival, a girls weekend.
and instead of thinking about how your body looks in the swimsuit or your skin looks without makeup or how the other girls are so pretty, you’re actually present.
not the drunk kind of present where you’re going to be in hangxiety and crazy appetite cues for the next 3 days. maybe a little buzzed but the kind where you’re just content. calm. belly laughing. no cares.
and while I wish it came from “just accepting yourself for who you are”, that’s a lie. it’s not the whole story. letting chronic symptoms and weight control your life is not your parents problem or society’s, it’s whether you take action. and no, not everyone heals on this side of heaven, but also not everyone gives it the time & effort it takes if you ask me.
for most of us, it’s going to take time. the quick fixes didn’t work. that’s why I share this. because those visions of what you are working toward can’t just be the scale or the clear skin or insert whatever symptom you want to get rid of. they have to be a deep knowing in your bones that you’re meant for an amazing life filled with amazing experiences. in my work I’ve seen women truly transform themselves from within and it wasn’t from “just accepting”. it was breaking belief patterns and changing habits. it was investment in tools. a physical change when done in the most biologically aligned way (food, fitness, frequency), well that fights demons. it brings women to a new level of confidence, self reliance and power.
that’s why I love you too much not to tell you it’s possible for you. you’re so capable, so strong and probably so ready for the next level of your transformation. what’s stopping you?
