Sometimes all they need is permission to feel MORE

Because their sensitivity is a strength, not a weakness

✨meditation

✨subconscious reprogramming

✨exposure therapy with “bad foods” so we feel more freedom and peace around food

If you’ve been through an athlete or dieting era of “you have no choice but to push” and don’t want to go back to that mindset….but still want to maintain fitness and wellness goals throughout your cycle, I’m with you!

Remind yourself in the luteal phase (the two weeks before your period when energy and mood can dip):
1. Any movement is better than none. If you miss a lift, still get 1-2 in that week.
2. If you’re feeling like working out is a grind, then you probably need to reassess stress in another area. Rest, ground, meditate and revisit the idea later in the day/week.
3. You deserve whatever food you want because food isn’t about morality, it’s about caring for yourself, mind/body/spirit. You can practice self trust and also have flexibility.

Metabolic health and fertility are interconnected. Women with PCOS usually know they have an increased risks of insulin resistance, yet the conversation on metabolic health doesn’t end once we see insulin and thyroid labs come into an optimal range. Sometimes the body still holds on to weight because it gets safe and comfortable.

How our body uses energy and burn fat (metabolic health) is highly complex and interconnected with the mind-body-spirit including:
✨how supported and safe we feel
✨how we think about food, exercise and our bodies
✨key nutrients that fuel energy productions

The belief I cleared and now have replaced: my worth is in what I do, so I’ll of everything even to the point of burnout

➡️The symptom people saw: period cramps that made me pass out, vomit, spend a whole day in pain
