Hollie Millard Named Iowa Assisted Living Association’s Hero of the Year
WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — The Iowa Assisted Living Association (IALA) is proud to recognize Hollie Millard, Lead Server, at 3801 Grand Assisted Living, as the recipient of the 2025 Hero of the Year Award. The award was presented during the IALA Annual Conference on October 22 during IALA’s Annual Conference in West Des Moines.
The Hero of the Year Award honors an individual working in assisted living who demonstrates extraordinary dedication, compassion, and courage in serving residents. This award recognizes those who go above and beyond their daily responsibilities to ensure the health, happiness, and safety of those in their care.
Hollie Millard was selected for her exceptional commitment to residents and colleagues, consistently displaying kindness, leadership, and a selfless spirit.
