Vulnerable Post:
Wednesday was heavy and I had been feeling raw and overwhelmed from trying to shift something that has been hurting my heart. I kept reminding myself to stay in the frequency of love, to put out what I actually DO want instead of dwelling on that which I have no answers, nor control over.

As I’m driving and bawling, I look over at a Semi with this painted onto it:
“DID YOU PRAY TODAY?”
The instant I read that, my music switches to a song called “Prayer” by
You can’t make this stuff up!!!
The universe always talks to us… especially when our hearts are cracked open enough to listen. 🤍✨

Science, you’re so cute… 😜

Gut feelings may be far more extraordinary than we think. Some scientists now suggest they might actually be memories from the future, hinting that human consciousness could operate beyond the normal flow of time. Researchers Julia Mossbridge and Dean Radin have explored this phenomenon through studies on precognition, where people seem to sense future events before they happen.

In controlled experiments, including EEG tests, participants’ brains showed spikes in activity seconds before they were shown negative images — long before any conscious awareness. These findings challenge the traditional idea that time moves only forward and raise the possibility that the mind experiences reality in a more fluid, non-linear way.

Today we recognize the birthday of Terence McKenna, an ethnobotanist, philosopher, and writer whose work helped shape modern conversations around psychedelic science.

McKenna’s commitment to studying psilocybin mushrooms, ayahuasca, and other plant medicines brought attention to their cultural significance and their potential roles in healing and self-inquiry. His lectures, books, and ideas encouraged many to look more closely at the relationship between psychedelics, psychology, and human experience.

On this day, we acknowledge his influence on the renewed interest in psychedelic research and the ongoing effort to understand these substances with curiosity, responsibility, and respect.

Yesterday had this playful, cosmic-giggle energy to it.. the kind of day where the universe just keeps winking at you!

Joe and I (Dani) were in Medinah for his architecture award ceremony, and there was this subtle trickster vibe running underneath everything. As we were pulling up to the country club he mentioned seeing a monkey statue across the street, and the second he said it, I instantly felt Hanuman — before I’d even seen it. The energy was already that loud.

When we left the event later that night, I finally got to see it in full glory — this illuminated monkey-deity right outside of a temple!… 100% Hanuman 🤡
It was a quick drive-by moment (Joe was following someone from our group to dinner), and of course my phone couldn’t capture it fast enough… so I had ChatGPT render it clearly for me, lol. The timing of it all felt like such a little cosmic nudge.

Then just a few minutes later, we pass this big sign for “Trickster Cultural Center” with the coyote symbol on it. Two trickster archetypes, from totally different traditions, showing up back-to-back, in the same area, on a day that already felt like that? Okay, universe. Noted.

Prior to us getting on the road, the theme had already made its entrance: Joe had been searching for his headlamp cord for weeks, finally gave up and ordered a new one… and literally right after he placed the order, I “randomly” find the original cord. The universe loves comedic timing!

All these little moments on their own are small, but stacked together they had such a clear feeling:
this reminder not to take the illusion so seriously, to stay open, to stay curious, to trust the timing, and to laugh with life more.

Just sharing in case anyone else has been feeling that trickster / cosmic-giggle energy lately too. 💞🃏
