This year marks ✨10 years✨ for Elsey Strube, RD, LD, with Iowa Weight Loss Specialists and Iowa Specialty Hospitals & Clinics, first as a dietitian and now as our Clinic leader. Over the past decade, she’s witnessed firsthand how obesity medicine has evolved and how powerful care can be when it’s compassionate, individualized, and rooted in understanding the "why" behind health challenges.
