🤝Happy Martin Luther King, Jr. Day! 🤝
Dr. King reminded us that healing is not only personal, but collective. His work called for dignity, justice, compassion, and care for one another. These are values that sit at the heart of mental health.
On this day, we reflect on the impact of systemic issues on emotional well-being and recommit ourselves to creating spaces where every voice is heard, every story matters, and care is rooted in empathy and equity.
As Dr. King said, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”
May we continue doing the inner (and outer) work that moves us closer to a healthier, more compassionate world. 🕊️
As a friendly reminder, our administrative staff is not available today in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. They will return as usual at 8:00am tomorrow, January 20th.
