Zach is a provisionally Licensed Mental Health Counselor that is passionate about working with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, adult, and adolescent populations. His clinical approach focuses on having a collaborative relationship with his clients and he believes that clients are the experts of their lives and play just as crucial of a part in therapy as the therapist themselves.

Andrea received her M.S. from Drake University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and has experience across many ages and backgrounds. Andrea chose to join us here at MFCC, due to our commitment to EMDR and trauma-informed care, as well as the opportunity to work with clients of all ages.

In her spare time, she loves to go on hikes with her family and their dog, Crowley (Look for him down in the comments! 🐶) and spending time trying new recipes in the kitchen!

She approaches her work with deep respect for each person's unique story and natural ability to heal. Andrea strives to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and personalized to each client's needs.
