Natasha Fialkov brings a rare combination of artistic vision and medical understanding to her work in paramedical tattooing. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, she holds degrees in Fine Art, Art History, Respiratory Therapy, and Sleep Medicine—an uncommon blend that reflects both her creativity and her deep compassion for others.
With a background rooted in tattooing, piercing, healthcare and the arts, Natasha’s focus is on helping clients feel comfortable, safe, and truly heard. Her approach is grounded in empathy, precision, and a belief that everyone deserves to feel at home in their own skin.
When she’s not in the studio, Natasha enjoys life in Pittsburgh with her partner and their blue-eyed rescue bulldog, Lil “Boo” Doggy—her rockstar constant companion.

From Seth- I’m Severino, a tattoo artist who loves darker themes and expressive designs. My work often draws inspiration from horror and body horror topics. I also appreciate the bold simplicity of cartoons/anime and traditional style. When I’m not tattooing, I play guitar in a local nu-metal band. That creative outlet definitely influences the atmosphere and emotion in my art.
