It’s time for another !

Many people think all massages are the same. However, this is a common misconception! Massage therapy includes a wide range of techniques, each designed with a specific purpose in mind.

For example, orthopedic massage focuses on rehabilitation and injury recovery, while postpartum massage supports new mothers with pain relief, stress reduction, and even improved breastfeeding comfort.

Everybody has different needs, and there’s a massage for all of them.🌿

Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of hosting a continuing education course on the essentials of prenatal massage. During this one-day training, I taught the key skills and knowledge licensed massage therapists need to safely and effectively support clients throughout pregnancy.
