Start the year off with a boost to your emotional resilience! Starting January 28th Pollinate Collective Health and Ampersand Holistic Wellness are teaming up to offer a 6-week online course that will give you the foundation for emotional resilience. You can register for the series or an individual sessions. These sessions are online via google meet and facilitated by licensed therapist Julie Mertze and certified spiritual director Kathryn Dickel.

They are ideal for individuals might not have time for ongoing therapy, who are considering therapy and would like short series on the basics before making an investment, or want a primer to hit the ground running with long term therapy.

The whole series is included with a Pollinate monthly membership and can be accessed at anytime as archived content with your membership.

We're excited to announce something brand new for 2026. We've partnered with Erika Hall at Rosemary Raven's Hearth for a monthly "S*x Cafe" where we will hold a dialog in a safe, non-judgemental space.

All genders welcome. All relationship configurations welcome. All s*xual identities welcome. Education and awareness focused. Not a hookup channel. Circle will start promptly at 6:15. Please be on time to respect the sanctity of the circle. Free (donations welcome), confidential and no judgement or expectation.

The S*x Cafe is facilitated By Erika Hall of Rosemary Raven Hearth.
