Cholesterol is more than one number — understanding yours can help you catch risks early.

Know your key numbers:
• LDL (bad cholesterol): Below 100
• HDL (good cholesterol): 40 or higher
• Triglycerides: Below 150

As part of our Know Your Numbers campaign, we’re encouraging union members to stay on top of their health by using available screenings and tools.

Know your numbers. Protect your health.

Blood pressure is one of the easiest numbers to check — and one of the most important to stay on top of. As part of our Know Your Numbers campaign, we want union members to take advantage of both their Health Gauge screenings and at-home tools like Hello Heart that may be available through their health plan.

Our blood pressure tracker is designed to help members stay consistent, spot changes early, and aim for a healthy range of below 120/80.

Just a glimpse of the impact our teams are making nationwide.

Behind every screening is a dedicated team working tirelessly—from setup to teardown—to bring preventative care directly to our members, wherever they are. These moments offer a snapshot of that effort in action.

In Indianapolis, we partnered with IBEW Local 481 to screen 302 members in just six hours—demonstrating what’s possible with a committed team and a shared mission—while in Omaha, we spent time with IBEW Local 22, screening 208 members over the course of a three-day health fair.

We’re proud of the commitment, resilience, and heart our field teams bring to communities across the country. This is what it looks like to meet people where they are—and make a difference.
