The Body Shoppe is HIRING! We are looking for an uplifting, highly motivated, people-driven individual to join our team as Chiropractic Assistant!
In our clinic, our Chiropractic Assistant is always quick to welcome new and existing patients with a smile. In a way, they are the face of the clinic to our patients. They maintain a fun and positive patient experience at each visit as the main responsibility of the Chiropractic Assistant.
The ideal candidate will possess these qualities:
• Positive attitude and smile
• Confident communication skills
• Exemplify healthy habits, well-groomed and professional appearance
• Fulfill responsibilities and tasks on their own
• Family oriented

Responsibilities:
• Engage patients in uplifting conversation.
• Operating the welcome area and front desk (Checking patients in and out, scheduling, collecting payment, answering phones, processing and following up on insurance claims)
• Keeping tables/office clean
• Willingness to help wherever needed, self-motivated

Necessary skills:
• Alphabetize and do basic math
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to learn new things quickly, including computer software
• Timeliness-show up on time and ready to serve every day
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment

This is a part-time position. Office hours are listed below.
Monday 6:45 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Wednesday 6:15 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Friday 6:45 a.m.-1:15 p.m.

Starting pay will be dependent on performance, experience, and expertise. Bonuses will be provided to the candidate who measurably shows results and increased value to the company.
