Happy Monday, everyone! 😊
For those who don’t know me, my name is Travis Newman. I learned early on through sports that hard work, discipline, and consistency matter. I strongly believe these character traits that were instilled in me by my coaches throughout my youth have benefited my tremendously into adulthood. My passion for health, sports, & exercise led me to earn my degree in Kinesiology/Health & Exercise Science from Iowa State and gain experience in cardiac rehab, group training, and injury recovery. Over the past decade, I’ve helped people move better, get out of pain, and build stronger, more efficient bodies—and I truly feel called to help others grow into their strongest selves.
This summer, I’m offering Youth Athletic Performance Group Training—a fun, structured, competitive and productive way to keep your kids active. Each group is capped at just 6 athletes so I can provide quality coaching, proper supervision, and real results.
We’re not just building better athletes—we’re developing confidence, discipline, and mental toughness. Sessions focus on mechanics, movement control, stability, mobility, agility, speed, power, explosiveness and strength—all while helping reduce injury risk.
